Refund Policy
Section 1: Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be sent to your original payment method.
Section 2: Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Exchanges (if applicable)

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours. Contact our team to get you a replacement.
Note: Our policy is valid for 7 days. If it has been more than 7 days since you received your item, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a return refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to most countries! Please note that it takes us an average of 2 to 3 business days to complete your order before we can ship it. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 21 business days, depending on your country or region. Please take into account any holidays, natural disasters, or epidemics that may affect delivery time.
If you spend $1,000 on products in the store, you can get DHL and UPS express delivery for free. If you do not exceed, you can contact customer service in advance to inquire about DHL and UPS express delivery. (fzxf99@yeah.net)
Other countries specify (areas) that cannot be shipped, please contact customer service in advance to get information.
For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:
If your order contains pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, we will immediately ship any items we have in stock, and will ship pre-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as they are available. So if you ordered multiple items in an order and only received some of them, don't worry; you will receive the other items soon.
Track Your Order:
If you provide a mobile phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.
Please allow 3 business days for tracking information to appear. (It takes time for packages to be shipped from our warehouse knife distribution center.)
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns:
By placing an order with FZXF Store, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your package to FZXF Store. For more information on how to return an item, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
The online store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
